My Story

As a certified nutrition consultant and personal trainer, Amy offers a variety of services including nutrition and fitness coaching, meal plans, group yoga and HIIT classes, and triathlon training.

Amy's journey is one of resilience. After starting her business in 2018, she faced a major setback due to heart surgery. This challenge became a catalyst for revamping her business and enhancing her offerings. During the downtime until 2024, Amy refined her holistic approach to health, integrating her advocacy for LGBTQ youth and her passion for poetry and music.

Her philosophy emphasizes sustainable habits and a positive relationship with food and exercise, steering clear of quick fixes and fad diets. Amy empowers her clients to make conscious choices that nurture both body and mind, leading to lasting transformations.
